Migrating hosts

Moved to Codeberg because Neocities doesn't guard against LLM scrapers and because uploading to Neocities was clunky at best. Moving over also means that I can use Git to directly update my website and make new blogposts easier while not having to deal with file type restrictions... which means I can finally start uploading demos/replays of various games! Only downside so far is that things are a tad bit slower, and I will probably move hosts again in the future just because Codeberg has (occasional) uptime issues and I don't want to rely on something too large.

Touhou 20 blogpost may or may not come soon, I've been going through the demo and I've been having a lot of fun with it despite being almost a year late.
